Me enviaron un correo diciendo esto:
Dear Y----

Please reset the PIN, from the web interface, and after that try to complete the withdrawal again, while making sure that:

- the ATM accepts cards that don't have a CHIP;
- the amount you're trying to withdraw doesn't exceed the ATM withdrawal limit;
- the card type you select is Prepaid, not Debit or Credit;
- the amount you're trying to withdraw doesn't include the fee ($2+2.5% of the amount withdrawn).

If you still cannot use the card, you need to contact the processor by calling at the number on the back of the card.

Reinicie el PIN, desde la interfaz web, y luego intente completar el retiro nuevamente, asegurándose de que:

- el cajero automático acepta tarjetas que no tienen un CHIP;
- la cantidad que está intentando retirar no excede el límite de retiro de ATM;
- el tipo de tarjeta que selecciona es prepago, no débito o crédito;
- la cantidad que está intentando retirar no incluye la tarifa ($ 2 + 2.5% de la cantidad retirada).

Si aún no puede usar la tarjeta, debe comunicarse con el procesador llamando al número que se encuentra en la parte posterior de la tarjeta.

Cambie el pin, les cuento como me va.
