SALDO EN TARJETAS PAXUM ¿Y AHORA QUE?

Hola chicos y chicas, no se si algunos aun estén con este pequeño dolor de cabeza ya que después de la caída masiva de tarjetas de paxum muchos teníamos saldos en dicha tarjeta, después de casi ya un año o mas nunca se dio solución a dicho problema ya que siempre informaban que iban a sacar nuevas tarjetas. Ahora envié un mensaje para solicitar cuando se devolvería a lo que me respondieron esto.

If you still have funds on the card please know that the Financial Institution that issued the cards, WFCU Bank in Canada, is the one responsible for unblocking the funds on your TRUCASH card. Therefore, due to the fact that the cards are under their control, and not under ours, this has led to a lengthy process and we cannot provide an exact timeframe as to when this will be completed.

That being said, we strongly advise you to contact WFCU and Trucash directly and arrange the retrieval of your funds. Unfortunately, we have no control over the solutions they might provide however we hope that this situation will be soon resolved.
