Que hacer si han colgado un vídeo tuyo?

Este es un ejemplo de una solicitud DMCA, puede hacer uno completamente y completamente diferente:
PornTube,tube8,pornhub,etc... es decir, usted se encuentra en un sitio donde hay muchos videos que se pueden ver en línea, que aparece en uno o más, qué hacer ??
Buscado en el sitio con cuidado:
- DMCA sau DMCA Notice ((Digital Millennium Copyright Act))
- Copyright Infrigement
- Take down request,

sube
o siguente donde XXXXX es la pagina web

sube imagenes

subir fotos a internet

si tienes fotos con el logo LiveJasmin no hace falta rellenar el formulario,solo entra en la pagina: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://new.livejasmin.com/es/member/dmca">http://new.livejasmin.com/es/member/dmca</a><!-- m --> y rellena con los links donde has visto la imagen

si encuentras el video para descargar en DepositFiles,Rapidshare, Hotfile, Wupload, Uploaded, Letitbit, Extabit FileServe Mediafire Netload Filefactory Badongo 4shared Przeklej Dump Uploading Megashares Furk 4FastFile GoldFile,
Rellena el formulario y envialo al e-mail,buscando siempre DMCA o contacto

IT IS MY PROPERTY AND I never agree to make it public and i never transferred the rights of that movie to anyone else, to use it, to share it and so on.

During my free time i work as a chat-host on a private video chat site, and that movie i guess was recorded without my persmission or my knowledge...

That makes the file private and it comes under the copyright infringement, mine and the site I'm working on.

Please if u have any doubts / questions first block the Download .. because i don't want that file to spread more that it was.

All the information i provided i swear that are true, i just want this delicate situation to be cleared.
I will also request to stop the payment for the user who uploaded the copyrighted file.
