[DUDA] FirstChoicePay Solicitud Tarjeta

Buenas tardes/noches a todos, gracias por leer este post-pregunta, quisiera saber si alguien ha tenido la experiencia solicitando la tarjeta de FirstChoicePay acá en Colombia teniendo otra nacionalidad? 

Les comento mi caso, mi pareja y yo somos venezolanos pero vivimos acá en Colombia y  queremos sacar la tarjeta para independizarnos del estudio donde estamos y dicho todo esto empecé con el proceso para pedirla, nos registramos cada uno en una cuenta FirstChoicePay y todo bien colocamos los datos en orden y perfecto , en tres días hábiles nos contestaron diciendo lo sigiuiente: 

Thank you for providing your ID and address.
 
 
Kindly note, we were unable to review ID as it is of low quality.
 
 
Documents should be a clear and high-quality image of the original document. Please provide your documents in full color.
 


In addition, please provide the following information:
  1. A photo of yourself holding your photo ID (in one hand) and a piece of paper with the word, "First Choice Pay" and today's date handwritten on it (in the other hand). 

  2. A proof of residence for the address provided in your application.
     
    Acceptable forms of proof of residence are government issued ID with your name and this address, a bank statement or a copy of a recent utility bill that has your name and this address (examples of utility bills we accept are gas, water, electric, landline phone, cable bill, etc.). Please note that we cannot accept mobile phone bills or visa or stamps in your passport as a proof of residence. 
Once we receive this we will be able to continue processing your application

  2. A copy of your government-issued photo ID (such as your national ID card, passport, or driver's license)
B. If you are living in a different country than the one which issued your ID, please provide one of the following proof of residence for the address with which you signed up:
  • A copy of your government-issued photo ID (such as your national ID card, passport, or driver's license) .
  • A copy of a recent utility bill (gas, water, electricity, landline phone, internet, and cable television) .
  • Bank statements.
  • Mobile Phone Bill
  • The rental contract of your current residence.
Please note: This verification must clearly display your name and the exact address provided in your application.
Once we receive this information we will be able to continue processing your request.

Ante la cual no se que responder ya que no poseo facturas de servicios a mi nombre, de teléfono o cuentas bancarias aquí en Colombia,
No se que procede amigos, espero me puedan ayudar estaremos muy agradecidos con su respuesta.
