Les comparto la información que me dió el soporte de Paxum en inglés:

We have recently finalized implementing a local card processor (more information about them can be found on their website - http://www.bancodeoccidente.com.co) for your country, as a follow-up to our constant efforts to provide competitive withdrawal methods for our users. The new card doesn't replace the one issued by Trucash: they will continue to work in parallel for now.

The card is issued in Colombian pesos, so once you receive and activate it, you will have the possibility to load it from your Paxum account (an internal exchange rate will be used and will be displayed every time before initiating a transfer), then withdraw funds at ATM in your local currency. If you decide to withdraw in a different currency, you will have to ask the ATM owner about the exchange rates they use.

As a follow up to our previous reply note that the limits and fees of the Prepaid Visa Card (Peso) are:

1. Loading funds to the Paxum MasterCard (creo que aquí querían decir VISA Card, pero se equivocaron) has $2 fee with a $2500 daily limit.

2. The monthly load and overall balance of the card are unlimited.

3. The daily ATM withdrawal amount is $1250 and POS purchases have an limit of 2.000.000 COP.

4. The first 3 withdrawals at the card issuer's ATM are free each month after which a fee of 1660 COP will be applied.

5. Cashier withdrawals from at the issuing bank have a 1660 COP fee.

6. Withdrawals to ATM external to the card issuer have a 5000 COP fee.
